HIR Background

The HIR Institute for Research and Development is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan
organization dedicated to social research, policy analysis, strategy development, advocacy, and
capacity-building, with a focus on fostering comprehensive social development in Somaliland and the
Horn of Africa.
